FAN INFORMATION

Waiting and Camping Before the Concert Day

Waiting and camping before April 6, 2026 at Marx Halle is not permitted and unwelcome. Camping around the venue (and generally in all public spaces) is prohibited by law. As numbering will be random and carried out by security, arriving early and waiting in front of the venue serves no purpose. Any fan-to-fan numbering systems will not be accepted or considered.

Random Numbering

A “random numbering” system will be implemented by the event organizer’s security staff. Random numbering is a system to ensure a fair admission order. The distribution of numbers will be random and not dependent on the time of collection.

The time window to collect numbers is on the day of the concert, April 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The time of collection has no influence on the assigned number. Wristbands will be distributed on Karl-Farkas-Gasse, in front of the main entrance to Marx Halle. Security will help you find the location. Fans arriving after 2:00 PM will be placed behind all numbered attendees.

During number distribution, groups drawing numbers together will be given adjacent numbers. Each person will be assigned a random number on-site upon presenting their ticket and will receive a wristband with the corresponding number. After receiving the official number and wristband from the organizer, everyone is asked to leave the area around the venue and not remain there. Don’t worry, your place in line is guaranteed by the wristband.

Queuing

From 4:30 PM on the day of the concert – and only from this time, as the queuing system will be set up then – fans will line up in ascending order based on their previously assigned numbers. From that point on: fans can wait in the queue.

Leaving the line is only permitted in emergencies; please coordinate with nearby fans and security staff. The queue will be divided at certain points with barrier tape to reduce pressure on those at the front. This does not change the order. The barrier tape may only be removed by security.

By 5:30 PM, all items that are not allowed inside the venue must be removed from the queuing system. Please also dispose of any trash. From this point on, fans may no longer leave the queue.

Access

There is one entrance to Marx Halle, located on Karl-Farkas-Gasse. Due to space limitations, multiple lines will be formed in different directions along the venue. Stewarding staff on site will explain the queuing system during wristband distribution. Care will always be taken to maintain the numbering and ensure a fair queuing process.

Rules for the Queues

Only people who are present will receive a number and a wristband. It is not possible to collect numbers for others. Only people with a wristband may enter the queues. People without a ticket (e.g. parents) are not allowed to enter the queues.

Please do not bring tents, chairs, or loungers into the queuing systems. All trash and bulky items must be disposed of by the fans themselves. Trash bins and bags will be provided. (Thermal) blankets must be disposed of or packed away before entry.

Admission

Admission is scheduled for 6:00 PM.

Each visitor will undergo a personal and bag check before entering the venue, and tickets will be scanned. After that, we will form rows of two again and proceed together into the hall. Once entry begins, we ask all fans to remain calm and enter the venue together with us. This is the only way to maintain the numbering up to the stage. Please do not run, as this would be unfair to others.

General Rules and Cooperation

The organizer and the security company place great importance on working together with fans to ensure a great concert experience. We have made every effort to design, discuss, and communicate all rules fairly in advance.

However, the following also applies: anyone who does not follow the rules will be moved to the back of the queue and lose their number. This applies both to queuing and to entering at the start of admission.

Help

If you or someone around you feels physically or mentally unwell or needs assistance, both the security staff and the medical team are available. This applies to both the outdoor and indoor areas of the venue. Just approach them – we are happy to help.
